About me

I'm Rafli Rafiky, a Product Manager based in Indonesia, currently at Fleetify.id — where I manage products across fleet management (FMS), warehousing (WMS), insurance, and internal platforms, serving companies with 5,000+ vehicles on the system.

I came from five years of UI/UX and product design, where I shipped 25+ cross-platform projects. That background shaped how I read problems: as workflows first, polish second. It's why I treat domain rules as constraints to work inside, not UX problems to delete — accounting has to balance, insurance has to comply, and a wrong feature costs a parked truck, not a churn metric.

These days my work is less about screens and more about decisions: defining roadmaps, standardizing how the team plans and documents, and giving cross-functional teams a shared way to rule things in and out. I still design when it's the fastest way to think out loud — wireframes, not high-fidelity.
