The problem
Operations teams were running on scattered spreadsheets. Availability, downtime, and utilization data lived in different places, so no one had a single source of truth for what the fleet was doing at any given moment.
What I did
Led discovery with fleet operations teams to map out the decisions they make daily, then defined the dashboard’s core metrics and information architecture. Prioritized the roadmap around the questions operators actually asked — not the ones the data team assumed they’d ask.
Outcome
A real-time dashboard that gives operations a single view of fleet readiness, replacing hours of manual spreadsheet wrangling with a glanceable, always-current picture of the fleet.
